Established in 1997. ZABE Mortgage Group was founded by Audel Avila in early 1997. In 2008, he brought in Fidel Dorado as a Loan Officer. Shortly after, both formed a partnership as they envisioned the same future for the business while embracing similar professional values. Together they bring over 25 years of mortgage experience originating loans and managing a branch. Based in Madera California, a small town of about 60,000 residents, ZABE Mortgage Group is looking to grow to other areas and recently opened an office in Fresno, California.
