I have been taking my dog to Dalesa for well over a year for full grooming, which is to include bathing, nail trimming, and of course, as my dog is a Yorkie, cleaning the hair out of her ears. One week after the last grooming, my dog went in for her annual checkup. There was so much hair in her ears that the vet charged $27.50 to clean it out, and another $25.00 for medication. Dalesa refuses to stand behind her grooming, or lack thereof, despite a dated invoice stating the work that the vet had to be do. Again, this is disheartening. It is for reasons such as this that residents of the community are forced to go to big box stores for their needs as opposed to supporting our local business owners. I will now go to a groomer that is thorough and dependable. I wait to see if this post is deleted.
