  Brent R. wrote: Horrible customer service and when I scheduled him he asked for an hour window-then he was supposed to be here between 2:30 & 3:30 and he calls at 3:15 on the day he was supposed to be here and says do you still want us to come because we are an hour away!!!!! I said YES & he states their is going to be a $10-$15 fee fee for anything outside of Phoenix!!! Really? I told him to come anyway and only do 1 car and he agrees only to text me stating he is cancelling because I am giving him a hard time on the hour window when he was supposed to be here at 2:30 & he states he will not be here until 4:30 and do i want to cancel!!!!! Rude! Best advice to you is go somewhere else!!!!
