Owner Nate Waterman, moved from San Diego, where he owned a Tattoo Shop in the College Area, next to San Diego State University for almost ten years. Now he has moved back to NY to open Artistic Point Tattoo Co. to bring the First Class Tattooing to Ithaca, NY & be closer to his family.
We also offer 2-4-1 Body Piercing.
