  Anybody on here with dogs that have had arthroscopic surgery for elbow/dysplasia? We're looking to get our 2 year old GSD in better shape and build more muscle on her. Trying to get advice on what sports she can do (besides swimming because that would be perfect and of course we don't have access to a lot of gator-free water) that won't hurt her elbows and a touch introduction timeline to get her safely in shape :) Here's a picture of Ghost :). Just because this post gives me an excuse and this group is a judgement free dog picture sharing zone lol

  My dog has hip dysplasia and he gets a supplement called Pain Away. It is awesome! I can tell that he feels better when he gets 2 scoops daily and I can tell if I've skipped a day. The jug lasts about 3.5 months. http://www.nutritionpets.com/pain-away/
