Can anyone recommend a mortgage broker who is honest? So tired of these mortgage brokers that want to charge such an absurd amout for origination fee on a pretty simple re-finance loan. We already have an approval with the lender, but I'm just tired of seeing such an crazy amount for origination fees. I was in the mortgage industry before so I know this company is trying to see if they can get away with it. I know the standards of the industry and I know about ysp on the back end with the lender and broker. We know that we have to pay, but c'mon. Anyone out the a mortgage broker that can help? TIA
