Jon S. wrote: Hired Sutton to clear out house and finish tenant turnover and haul out trash. He left a pile of trash in the back yard and on the porch, stole a ladder, lied constantly about finishing up the work. The finish date was originally 2 weeks, and three month later they never finished hauling away the junk/debris. They stole boxes of flooring they were supposed to use to install, and then claimed there wasn't enough, and never installed any of it. Worst part about this guy is that he's such a liar. Stay far away from this guy, he gives contracting a really bad name.
