Prefer to be in and around the Trussville area but I do work in Homewood so that could be an option although it would probably negate the affordable part LOL

  The best in the area is K-9 Styling by Leslie. She is just off Highway 11 as you enter Argo. I believe she has recently started accepting new clients again, though the link says bath dogs only at this time.   Haley, the best place for dog grooming is K-9 Styling by Leslie. I own two Yorkshire Terriers and Leslie does a great job grooming them and I am very picky I believe she is accepting new clients and I know she has several Maltese that go to her for grooming. By the way, love your sweet new puppy. He is precious!
