  I am looking for a doctor for my husband. He has had severe back and hip pain and I swear that every doctor we go to cannot diagnose it nor do they even try - we asked for an MRI for him from our last doctor and he refuses to send him for one which doesn't make sense to me - after all, WE are the ones who will be paying for it. He has tried physical therapy before and all it did was put him in more pain and we still have no answers. I'm fairly certain it is because my husband is young but he IS in pain.   Does anyone know a good neuromuscular dentist? I have severe TMJ and I have had this for years, but it seems to be getting worse and moving to the other side of my face. I do use a mouthpiece at night when I sleep as well as a mild muscle relaxer for that muscle. I am going to my regular dentist tomorrow (Paddock Place) to let him look at it, but I doubt he will be able to do much. I have googled this type of dentist and I have spoken to the only/main one who came up. But I think they are the kind that want to get you in there to up-sell you on all kinds of cosmetic dentistry. TMJ is a medical issue and my medical insurance will cover it, so I don't want to mess with someone who has ulterior motives. Just a medical/dental neuromuscular dentist that files insurance.
