  I use Stephen Sirota- he's located in San Ramon. He is part of the Frumpkin Law offices and my family has been using them for 3 generations (over 50 years). The number is 925-355-1555. They are reasonably priced for a law office. Tell them I referred you and they might be able to work with your friends payments.
