About us
Charlotte is an exciting place to be selling real estate these days. Neighborhoods surrounding center-city are transforming as many first-time buyers are moving in and fixing up old bungalows and mid-century homes. In-town neighborhoods like Dilworth, Cherry, Plaza Midwood, and Wilmore are buzzing with activity. Home values are up, and most owners are in a strong equity position.
My market knowledge is what sets me a part. I spend hours each week studying market values and neighborhood trends. I'm a techie, a problem solver and a people person – and I'm passionate about real estate. I have lived in just about every corner of Charlotte including NoDa, Wesley Heights, Elizabeth and Barclay Downs. My partner and I currently live in the Commonwealth area with our three dogs and cat.
