In my previous career as a professional engineer, I have worked in a number of positions from designer to project manager and have successfully delivered projects for a variety of trades and professions. In those roles, I have gained extensive knowledge in the building industry. I've emailed the selling agent three times, and called his office/left a message with whoever answered the phone, but he seems to be ignoring me. I'd rather not have to go through the hassle of signing a contract with an agent again just to look at a few houses. Unfortunately I don't have any friends who are realtors, or I'd go that route.
