About us
In 2002 I completed my first yoga teacher training at The Lotus Centre in London, Ontario. I've continued to teach, practice and study yoga ever since. Over the years I've studied a variety of Hatha yoga styles and taught at the Lotus Centre, for various healthcare organizations, Fanshawe College, at public schools, and even in hospitals.
Currently I teach from Yoga East, a yoga studio I have opened in my home. Yoga East is a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment in which to practice. I offer a variety of classes throughout the week, with small class sizes (10 person limit).
