WETT Inspections
A County Home inspection combines a visual examination and where appropriate, testing with normal operating controls, of all readily accessible major systems and components of the home.
These major systems and components include:
the structure and roof - which will include the flashings and chimneys;
an inspection of the electrical and plumbing systems;
the heating and cooling systems;
the insulation and ventilation of attics and foundations;
the interior - includes a representative number of doors & windows; and
the exterior of the property.
The inspection enables us to evaluate and report on the general condition of the home and on those systems and components which, in our professional opinion, are significantly deficient or are near the end of their service life.
Every County Home Inspection follows the CAHPI (Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors)/OAHI (Ontario Association of Home Inspectors) Standards of Practice.
