Hi, My name is Malinda Claire, Ive been cleaning homes for two years. My daughter Katie Lee and I are a very thorough cleaning team.
We clean top to bottom! Vents, ceiling fans, blinds, plantation shutters, window sills, light switches, lighting fixtures, bathrooms (from top to bottom) wipe down fronts of cupboards, baseboards, dust, mop, vacuum, glass sliders and tracks, stainless steel appliances, wipe down doors and doorways and more.
We will clean to your cleaning needs. If you dont see what you want or need on our cleaning list please let me know and we will gladly adjust to your needs. Our goal is for our clients to be happy and satisfied with our services, so you can relax :)
We clean, weekly, bi weekly, monthly, move ins, and move outs. We serve San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Chandler, Mesa and Gilbert.
Our prices are per job not hourly. Prices vary per job and square footage. First time cleans (Deep Cleans) consist of a lot more detail and time, so there is more of a charge. Deep cleans usually take 5 to 6 hours (very thorough) after that usually 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours (depending on sq. footage and clean).
