  Diana K. wrote: My mom recently bought a puppy from Cardin's kennel. Three days later the puppy had to go to the emergency vet and they told us that she had parvo and round worms Wich cost about $2000 to save her life. The emergency vet told us that it had to come from the kennel In the time frame she she got sick. So we contacted Connie and she told said there is nothing they can do about it. We were told that the puppies they sell do not go see a vet. They do all shots at the kennel. Our vet told us that it is illegal to sell a puppy out of state without have been to the vet. We did not know that the puppies they sell do not go to the vet. This sounds like a puppy mill to me.
