The convenience of a third-party location is great, but not at the hands of these people. I will happily drive to the actual DMV until another company graces Queen Creek with its presence. I vote with my dollar and will never "vote" for this business again. We went in for a road test and all seemed to go well. I waited inside while my child was testing. As customers entered the store, I was a little shocked by how rude the staff was to everyone who came in. They hadn't been rude to me... I assumed that there might have been a history with the 3 people who entered, but it just kept happening. And it was every employee. I was in there for 30 minutes and couldn't believe how they treated people. An elderly man was obviously confused and needed help. They weren't busy. They brushed him off, treated him like he was stupid, and then proceeded to make snide comments about him as he stood there. A mother with a baby was in the booth next to us and the baby was making baby-noises and the woman at Power Tags Title + More expressed her irritation both verbally and with heavy sighs. It was SO unbelievably rude. They were talking loudly about other customers who keep "screwing them over". My whole experience was super uncomfortable. And honestly, as I sat there, I couldn't help but notice the heavily religious signage on the walls.... My advice to Power Tags Title & More is this: If you're going to plaster Cristian principles all over the place, you might want to start behaving in such a manner. It's more convincing that way... In the end, we got what we needed, but we over-paid and we gave our money to horrible people :(Was this review helpful to you? -
