at Queenscliff Surf Club (upstairs)
All classes are 1 hour in duration
Yoga mats are provided, just bring a sarong or towel
Special starting price for classes:
casual class = $15
or 10 class pass = $130
No need to book for the classes at queenscliff, just show up 10mins before first class to fill in form.
What is Zen Ki Yoga™?
Zen Ki Yoga™ is a style of Japanese Yoga. The Yoga poses relate to the oriental healing therapies of the 5-element theory and they work on the 12 main meridians of the body. Every meridian has a connection with a different season, organ, emotion, taste and environment. The yoga changes with the seasons and thus helps the body to adjust to the changes in the environment around. Specific yoga poses bring strength to weak areas of the body and flexibility to tight areas. Not only will Yoga bring effective changes to the body, there can be a heightened awareness of the connection of body, mind and spirit.
Heiwa Health aims to bring peace and balance into your life through the practice of Zen Ki Yoga™ and Massage Therapy. Yoga Teacher and Massage Therapist Beth has been in the health and fitness industry for the past 8 years. She enjoys encouraging and motivating people to adopt a healthy lifestyle, and believes that everyone can benefit from regular yoga practice and massage treatments as they improve the body, mind and spirit.

Remedial Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Relaxation Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Hot Stone Therapy.
