  Jason Ballard, owner of [Inkenstein](http://www.inkensteintattoo.com/) is the guy I've gone to now for a couple years for all my work (mostly Japanese style stuff). He's fair, honest and a damn good artist. He'd be who I'd recommend talking to. If he doesn't think he's the right guy for the job, he'll tell you and point you in another direction. He's solid peoples like that.
