  Hi, I'm looking for some advice and or a recommendation from anyone who has dealt with a structural issue in their home. Our home's main support beam is sagging and bowing causing the floors above to slope... Has anyone dealt with this problem and if so can you recommend a course of action?   I just had an addition put on my kitchen (included siding, windows, roofing) by Amiano & Son Construction Rt. 206 Tabernacle 609-268-5923 and am VERY pleased. They're a design-build contractor so there's a designer and architect already on staff. The entire process was very easy. I had Cutry come out and look and he said my project couldn't be done (I'm guessing that he didn't want to do it). I also had Nuss come out and give me an estimate which ended up being way too high for my liking. If you call Amiano, ask for Bill Bransfield and tell him that I told you to call.   Contact Amiano & Sons Rt. 206 in Tabernacle 609-268-5923. Ask for Bill and tell him that I told you to call. They've won awards--check out their website: www. amianoandson.com. They just did an addition for me and I couldn't be more pleased. They're what's called a design and build contractor...they have a designer and an architect on staff so you don't have to go to different people. It's one stop shopping with a remodel :) The whole project was super easy and no stress on my part. Would go to them again in a heartbeat. Let me know if you need any additional info.
