  we use Above All Termite & Pest Control 732-600-3447, and those sand hills are very annoying. we have them all over too. I learned on this very page about the hill-builders; they are cicada killers. I even spotted one last night as I was inspecting my lawn-its a giant insect and often looks for dryer areas to burrow holes
