Once upon a time, there was a little girl who loved to bake. She would stand with her mama for hours in the kitchen just to get a chance to take part in baking. But for many years the only duty her mama assigned her was to whisk the batter with the handheld electric mixer :). The little girl would frown and whine! But her mama always replied "If you learn how to whisk, you can bake anything you wish!"
Assalaamualaikum I am Humaira and I myself am a mother now. I am also a doctor, a teacher, and a student. Baking is what I do to relax. I love the way eggs and butter combined with sugar and flour magically whisk into delicious mouth watering treats.
Our desserts are made with the best and purest ingredients available in the market. Some of our recipes require special ingredients which are not available all year round. Therefore strawberry cobblers are available during winters and peach cobblers during summers. Our lemon tarts use freshly squeezed lemon juice and oily zest while our cakes are baked with pure vanilla bean paste. Our desserts will (InshaAllah) be highly appreciated by those who value good quality ingredients.
We are currently taking orders with a 3-day prior notice. We take all weekend orders by Wednesday midnight. Just inbox us for details and we will be happy to help you in whatever way we can InshaAllah.
