  Looking for tenants rights attorney recommendations Senior citizen is looking for a tenants rights attorney. Assaulted inside building property just outside apartment front door. Sustained injuries to nose, jaw, and left eye which seems to have lost partial vision even with three weeks rest. Need help getting medical attention and billing apartment complex for medical expenses and attorney to possibly look at property management's lack of proper management procedures led to this incident and other issues.

  Hey there, I work with lawyers and have seen this kind of case before. You should consider calling a personal injury attorney. They can help investigate the property and get ahold of evidence that a layperson could not. They also won't charge you in advance like a tenant / landlord attorney would. However it is important to act quickly before evidence is destroyed, damaged, lost, or overwritten. I suggest you find a firm that is NOT one of the ones who advertise on billboards or TV, as they are not really interested in this kind of matter where some real effort is involved.
