1.The cake I ordered looked nothing like the image I sent requesting. 2. While leaving I noticed that the poles they used to support some of the objects were pulling through the cake....and the cake box they had it in didn't fit the cake so it couldn't even close and was sliding around in the box. So I took it back in and only pointed to the lettering because I only wanted them to smooth out where it had rubbed against the box. They didn't ask anything no one said anything, they took the cake and idk what they did but it came back looking worse. 2. They helped me carry it to my car where they witnessed I had a flat stable service ready and I surrounded the cake box with giant bubble wrap so that it could not move inside the bigger box I set it in on a flat stable area. By the time I got home the poles had completely ripped through the cake and the objects had smashed into the cake. 3. They immediately became nasty, rude, and defensive. They started telling me that I must have dropped it...which I did NOT AT ANY POINT DROP THE CAKE. Then they said I must have dropped my phone on it...which also did not happen. They took no responsibility for their poorly constructed cake...the objects were make out of rice crisps which were to heavy to be held on with thick pole sticks that ripped through the cake. It's simple physics if you put a heavy unstable object onto or into a much lighter and less solid object the heavy solid object is going to go right through the less solid object. 4. They started slandering me all over their Facebook page...and posted a picture that looked nothing like the cake I requested or received. The frosting on the cake they gave me was cracking and globbing together. 5. I chose this bakery because I saw they did great work, I still think they are good at what they do...but in this case they did not logically construct the objects onto the cake and they refused to take responsibility for that and I payed fill price for a cake that was completely demolished by the heavy objects and they tried to blame me and say they had witnessed it...I can promise that cake was never dropped and nothing was dropped on it. Also...even after the cake was home it continued to deconstruct all on is own.
