  Pamela G. wrote: Just got yelled at over the phone by an Ecua office worker. I called for a cab at 7:35 this morning. Above mentioned worker said car would arrive in 5-7 minutes. When I went outside at 7:42 (7 minutes after calling), there was no cab. I called Ecua & was told the car arrived & left. After telling the office worker that since he said 5-7 minutes & I was outside at 7 minutes, the car should have been there. He proceeded to YELL at me; that I should have been waiting outside the whole time & that I should "say thank you" for him sending a car. I have never experienced such disrespect & will never use this car service again.
