If I could rate this clinic 0 stars I would. I have had nothing but problems with them. From day one, I went in to get a small filling replaced, 3 days later the filling fell out, I got it replaced again, which also fell out a month later. I got it replaced a third time from them, with the dental filling they did, my originally small filling was now most of my tooth from all the failed fillings. This last filling also fell out. They told me I needed a crown. So, I listened to them and booked in for a crown and requested that they make sure my insurance will cover it. I heard back from them that yes it would be covered by my insurance so we went ahead and did the crown. Now almost two months later, I receive a phone call from them telling me my benefits did in fact NOT cover this and also told me that they never heard from them about getting it covered under the insurance plan. I am left with a massive $1400 bill that I cannot afford to pay back. I would have never gotten the crown if I had to pay out of pocket for it. I am absolutely appalled at Tooth Works Dentistry for the absolute misery they have put me in. To the staff at the clinic, I am enraged and will spread my horror story of what I was put through to everyone and anyone who will listen.
