  Jennifer B. wrote: We were initially very excited to find his company, since we have been looking around for a playset for our kids for a few months. So we picked out a playset that he had for sale and signed a contract. He said he could get it fixed up and installed in a month. The first time we were scheduled for installation, the weather was rainy, so he had to reschedule. The second time we were scheduled for installation, I got an email saying that the traffic was bad, and he would be getting to our house after dark. He didn’t show up, but we gave him the benefit of the doubt. The third time we were scheduled for installation, he didn’t show up and we haven’t heard from him since. This was a month ago! Since then, we have tried to contact him numerous times, but he has not returned our messages and calls. We have been nothing but nice and understanding with him and he has completely blown us off. We (and our kids) are very disappointed in his company, lack of professionalism, and lack of respect to us. We have wasted two months waiting for a playset. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

  Sarah D. wrote: If I could give less than one star, I would. I ordered a swing set nearly two months ago. When it came time for delivery, he was difficult to reach and continued to change the delivery date. His total lack of respect for my time and his lack of planning brought me to cancel my order with him. My children are horribly disappointed and he wasn't even sorry but angry that I expected him to keep his word. If you're willing to wait for months and get jerked around by his lack of planning, go for it.
