First it was connection problems all the time. Now it's painfully slow internet. I cannot watch a movie on Netflix, Prime or Hulu. I paid for an upgrade in service and I think everything got worse. Last night it took 45 seconds to load Facebook. I ran a AT&T speed test, and the download was .1, the upload speed would not even register. I complained, again, so now Robert"s response is to come and get their equipment, which is fine with me.

1.LIES about not throttling
A majority of the time I am being throttled to a fraction of what we paid for, most of the time its less than half but very often goes down to sub dialup speeds even, low enough where you cant even run a speedtest because it just times out
2. Complete denial that anything is wrong/Lies and excuses everywhere
Robert is overly proud of his work and will refuse to acknowledge that anything is wrong with it, this is despite him hooking his laptop in and having the exact same issues, he will just deny it later and make excuses that the problem is elsewhere and NOT his fault, the issues vary but are all lies, he wastes months claiming that the acorns were blocking the internet, so if you have a single acorn anywhere near you, avoid this. His favorite line seems to be "nobody else is having trouble so that means you cant be having trouble" and refuse to do any basic troubleshooting
3. Refuses to answer the phone or return messages
Horrible at returning calls, by his own admittance he was too busy to return a call for over 40 days, despite multiple messages being left, pretty much he dosnt know how to fix it so he just pretends it dosnt exist
4. The guy just dosnt know what he is doing, is just lying his way through the whole thing, dont use unless you want to be scammed out of your money, stay away for your own good
I was wondering if anyone knows the available Internet Providers, I know of Heartland Cable and Frontier. Are there any others?
