  Heather, I can only recommend a hair person and I think she is GREAT Her name is Mindy and she is one of the owners at a salon called Lockstar right on the corner of Stockton and Myra. She is great and the salon is new and very easy access to get there! Her number is 904) 388-7270 and feel free to tell her Christina Raimondo sent you.
