  We've used Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning for several years. They used to be called West Seattle Furnace. 206-362-7665 Ours is a hybrid system--circulating hot water in baseboard units, heated by a gas boiler--and they handled everything very competently. Plus if you're over that "certain age", ask about Brennan's senior discount. Scott Hennes
