  Does anyone know if a baby bangs there teeth and it goes bk up into the gum a bit and the gum is all swollen and bruised will be be ok his lip inal is swelled but I'm puzzled because he didnt fall :-( did this ever happen to anyone i don't want his tooth to go off colour ???
