I've rarely, if ever, dealt with a company that was so disorganized and poorly managed. The communication between myself and the company was nonexistent. The made no effort to confirm that the designated appointment was actually going to take place. To make matters worse, they made no effort to confirm that the appointment was cancelled. And yes, they had multiple phone numbers for me and an e-mail address. I went out of my way the morning of the inspection to call them directly to confirm that the appointment would take place at 2 PM on Friday, April 10th. The office manager said yes, that everything was "good to go in their system." At 2 PM, I called back, and someone else said, "I cancelled the appointment in the system. My [office manager] told me she took care of the situation after you called, so I cancelled the appointment." What more needs to be said? Two people who probably work within feet of one another couldn't communicate well enough with each other to know that the appointment WAS NOT supposed to be cancelled. And, even if it were, what company cancels an appointment without informing the CLIENT? Just when you think Customer Service 101 should be intuitive, you learn that some people make it so hard on themselves by not doing the little things. Of course, to make matters worse, I go out of my way to take the afternoon off so that I can join the inspector. So, not only do I not get an inspection on time, I also miss out on 4 hours of work that I could be billing for. Totally unprofessional and will I NEVER recommend to anyone. DO NOT USE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
