  Recommendations for a studio in NYC or Long Island (but not Manhattan) that offers a really great program for 200 hour yoga instructor certification? I've been contemplating it for years, but am finally serious about actually doing it. I originally thought I'd take the program at the Himalayan Institute in the Poconos, where I used to go with my mom on yoga retreats growing up, but now can't bear adding any more traveling away from home to my life than I already do. It must be a Yoga Alliance accredited school. Thanks in advance for any advice!

  Thanks, Shannon! I looked into the Jivamukti, but it's a residential program. Looks awesome, though. The Yogafit looks good, I like the flexibility of it. I've also been looking at this one: http://www.teachyoga.org/ytti/200 hrprogram.html
