  Anyone know an idealistic criminal attorney in Houston that is a dog lover? It's time to challenge a 75+yr old law and the inflexible, INHUMANE administrative process that locks away vaccinated dogs in solitary confinement for 10 days (a human equivalent of 70 -- exceeding the limit of 45 days that many states now consider to be torture) and unconstitutionally seizes property without providing for a hearing or appeal.
