  My group at work will be participating in a volunteer day of service in Brookshire soon. I have one vendor that I am talking to about catering BBQ for around 120 people on that day, but I would love to know if anyone has a recommendation of someone else that we should consider that really puts out a great bbq product that would bring their BBQ to the Brookshire area. Thanks in advance for any recommendations!

  Janice, when will your event occur? The reason that I am asking is, the 2 nd Houston BBQ event will occur April 6 and many bbq companies will represent there. I could gather information for you at that event as I am one of the volunteers. Alternatively, you might go to this website which lists the participants and their telephone numbers to do your query. http://houbbq.com/
