At CIA Insurance and Risk Management, our mission is helping our clients navigate the confusing world of insurance and empowering them to make informed coverage decisions. Through our exclusive Pathway Process, we are able to craft comprehensive insurance and risk management programs to address every client's unique risk factors. Our Pathway Process begins with a personal meeting with one of our agents. The goal of this meeting is to develop a greater understanding of the threats that each client faces. From there, our agents will leverage their experience and industry knowledge to develop a custom coverage and risk management plan to address the identified risks. Then, our agents will carefully walk the client through the plan, focusing on education and training. Finally, unlike other insurance providers who leave policyholders to manage their coverage on their own, we at CIA will continue to monitor your program, offering advice and making adjustments to maximize its effectiveness.
