We are hands on business owners, we take pride in everything we do! Established in February 2009 as a joint effort by myself, Nicholas Thompson and my uncle, Terry Thompson.
Our entire family has always been in construction. Personally since I was 14 and Terry for 35+yrs.
Our homes are built with quality and energy in mind...
2x10 16"OC floor construction with 50yr 3/4 Advantec. 2x4 16"OC wall construction with 7/16 osb. Roofs are hand framed with 2x12 24"OC with 5/8 osb covered by titanium roof paper. Shingled with either 30yr shingles or lifetime metal.
Low-e double hung vinyl windows that surpass code requirement. R-15 insulation in walls,19 in floors and 38 in ceilings. Sealed wall plates, fiber woven housewrap and gasket-ed electrical plates.
Bottom line is we build solid, efficient homes that will last a lifetime!
