About us

More about Blink and Shop Policies:

Why Blink? - a combination of blue and pink (homage to my son and daughter), also how fast our little ones grow up! Right?!

Creating is fun for me! I love to browse fabric and match up the perfect fabric with it's perfect pattern. I sew all of my items in my home in between preschool work days, PTO volunteer days and grocery shopping; I'm a mommy and wife first - sewing comes after those things, but often before cleaning bathrooms. :)

Obviously, you're ordering a handmade item, but I strive to provide a professionally finished garment with serged seams and topstitching where appropriate. My home is smoke-free but Black Lab friendly!

Payment:
PayPal is the only form of payment Blink accepts.

Invoices are due within 24 hours of being sent or they will be cancelled. Customers who do not pay their invoices will be banned. Your item(s) will be shipped within 3-4 weeks after your payment has CLEARED. Ready To Ship (RTS) items will obviously take less time.

Shipping:
Your item(s) will be sent to the address associated with your PayPal account. Please ensure it is correct prior to processing your payment! No exceptions.

Once your item(s) leave my hands, I am not responsible for them. I can’t take responsibility for packages lost, damaged or delayed through the fault of the USPS. However, if you wish to purchase insurance or Priority shipping, you are welcome to do so, but understand that it is only available if you request it and pay for it. All orders will be shipped USPS First Class with a tracking number which you will receive once the item has been shipped.

Refunds:
If I make a mistake, I will refund. If you change your mind or order the wrong size, no refund will be offered. Please message me if you are unsure of sizing; I'll assist in you in measurements for my garments/your child. If I offer a refund, the item must be unwashed/unworn items and shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Washing/Caring for Item(s):
I pre-wash and dry all... show more
of my material which means that the item(s) will not warp or shrink when YOU wash and dry them at home. I recommend hand washing and laying flat or hanging to dry BUT if you want to wash and dry them on the delicate cycles in your machines you can, I just think that they show more wear and tear on your items when they are washed that way.

Safety:
As a rule always use caution when your child is wearing an item around their neck, or items with buttons. My job is to sew a button on - you're responsible for making sure you child doesn't eat it! show more
