They don't provide estimate up front, and when the job is done, and half of your neighbors FOREST (which is on the OTHER side of a FENCE) is cleared down to the ground, you'll get billed for the work. We trusted them to come and do an honest annual spring cleanup. Basically mow our front and back yards, and clean up any sticks that may have fallen... Typically the first lawn mowing is not going to be as easy as most mowings, so we decided to have them come and do the cleanup. We didn't ask for them to taverse our fence into the neighbors property and clear out an area of overgrown forest. We didn't ask that they overturn every leaf on the edge of our property, and we didn't ask that they spend 4.5 hours doing a mowing we normally can do in 40 min. We can do the normal mowing in about 30-40 min. So we are expecting the spring cleanup mowing to be say double that - say 1 hour or let's double it - 2 TOPS. We are usually one person - who knows how many people they sent - 1? 2?. Whom they can't possibly be paying much. But at $150/hour - and after 4.5 hours, our lawn was clear and looked fine. After the job is done, they charged us an incredible amount of money and had excuses such as that we hadn't done a thorough job in years past and that they were cleaning up years worth of debris. Buyer be ware - this is a bait and switch service just like the other reviewer indicated. You will get much more honest work using just about anyone else.
