In Consultation with you I will create a menu to suit your taste, and the theme of your choice.
Whether you are planning an intimate dinner or a large function, allow me to style your menu.
The catering services we offer are:
Meeting or Discussing with the client prior to the function to discuss their requirements, budget, menu and taste styles
Checking the cooking facilities and equipment at the venue (I provide my own pots, pans, kitchen smalls etc)
For set menus, I have my own elegant starter, main and dessert plates.
For cocktail parties and buffet menus I have stylish platters, shooter glasses, small bowls, Chinese spoons etc.
I can will arrange any Hiring, Decor, Bar or Staffing requirements.
