I had one bathtub and one shower refinished by a local business in May of this year. It came with a 6 yrar guaranty. It has since started to flake off. I also had a friend get her shower grout re-caulked. It has since come completely off. I have called for 2 weeks now, tring to get him to come out to look at it and repair it. He will not even return my phone calls. Help!!! Any suggestions? UPDATED IN COMMENT BELOW..
