  Good evening all, Good friend of mine, hardworking Neurosurgeon is fed up...absolutely fed up of the stress of Medicine, brain surgery etc... She's in dire straits for more time to do what she wants/generate a good passive income (ideally BTLs), but currently can't due to NHS demands. She's keen on getting into property, but doesn't know how... I've told her that she (and her partner, who is a frustrated Consultant Anaesthetist, also keen on property investment) may need to take some GOOD property courses, with some mentorship etc. So, can anybody recommend any good courses to get my darling friend started on a property path to change her life, reduce her stress and put a smile back on her face?   Go along to a Progressive Property MSOPI (Multiple Streams of Property Income) seminar they run these both in London and Peterborough where they are based, over 3 days they touch on all strategies in property giving an insight of what can be done, I have done the MSOPI, JV and Deal Conversion the info and people are great, a good network of like minded people.   As a fellow anaesthetist I know how they feel. We've enjoyed the Progressive Property courses and started with the free MSOPI event - worth a shout if they want to see what may lie ahead!

  There are lots of courses out there so I would suggest getting on some webinars to get a feel of what each person can offer. I can name a few but do your own research. Progressive Property, Mark Lloyd and Simon Zutshi are all good. Good luck with whichever you go with!
