  Dan K. wrote: The job was not completed as was promised. Horrible customer service (though to be fair, they were always "polite" on the phone). They improperly installed part of the roof, requiring additional work, time, and money. You should watch out. They just want their quick checks from the insurance company, then will leave you out to dry.
