Blake A. Yarborough is a Houston native who Graduated in1995 with a MBA from University of St. Thomas with concentrations in Finance & Marketing. He is the President of Capital Concepts, Inc., a company that he started in 1998. Blake became a Real Estate Professional in 1996. He also has been a Mortgage Broker since 1998. Blake has a background in securities & insurance, and is a Real Estate Investor as well.

I'm looking for a good lender who would be able to do a loan for someone who has sold their home subject to and they still have a loan in their name but the subject to buyers of the home have been paying on their mortgage for two years. I have a good job and great credit and am currently buying a house for $55k with 20% down and 5% interest. But I am looking for another lender who does these types of loans with 20% down and will lend under $50k.
