  Hi Duncan, I am one half of Activate Personal Training and we run bootcamps on Wednesdays 5 pm and Saturdays at 7 am in Alexandra Headland (not far from the surf club) and we always have a lot of fun in the sessions. We strongly believe in having fun while getting fit Bootcamps cost $20 per session but you are both welcome to try it out for free. Please PM me if you would like more information

  Can anyone recommend fernwood gym maroochydore? Any good/ bad experiences? Especially in relation to the child minding? Also would anyone like to join with me to go 3 times a week I have alot of weight to lose and it's easier to do with someone.
