Initially, she argued about the refund, even though she assured me we would get a refund if we couldn't find a date. After several email exchanges, she agreed to a full refund. Now, weeks later, I have no refund. She kept the $350 with no work done and no pictures taken. She is dishonest and refuses to respond to any communications asking about the $350. No response to emails or texts.
