  Over the counter tiger balm may help don't want to recommend any thing else until you know what's going on they will get you in for an MRI, could be slipped disc, degenerative disc disease fancy word for arthritis of the spine (this is what I have it can narrow and pinch nerves) it can cause paralysis if left untreated.
