Sparkling Bakes creates sparkling cakes for every occasion, from birthdays, weddings corporate events.

Every cake is baked fresh to order by me. Each cake is then hand-decorated by the same cake-obsessed individual, and I am dedicated to making sure you enjoy every bite. What’s not to love? Everything is made to your request; a minimum of 2 days is required.

The business was founded by Ruth Johnston whose desire is to create cakes that taste as great as they look.
