Here's the amazing customer service that put them over the top: After I left, I noticed they hadn't removed the coffee stain on the carpet, which was the reason I had gone there in the first place. My fault for not specifically pointing it out. I came back several hours later to ask if they could try to scrub it out. They were closing up for the night. Yet, the manager called someone over to scrub it out. The guy got out the coffee stain and they didn't even want to charge me extra. I volunteered to pay and they said no!
