There was damage to our roof due to the storm we just had and the roof had a warranty on it. I called the day after to have them come out they said they would be out the next day. They never came. I called and left a message, no response. I called the next day, no answer but left a message. I then put a review on another site. Less than an hour they show up. When I went outside to speak to them they were no where to be found. Turns out they used my ladder to go onto the roof and didnt bother to ask me before using it, they could have asked me first. Then after assessing the damage they told me I had to pay around $375 to get the repairs done and the warranty was for only 2 years. My paperwork says 7 years and it has not been 2 years since the repairs have been done that it has been less than a year. He then says that he didnt repair the areas where the damage was done and proceeds to make a phone call to speak to someone who I assume may have been the owner (however he mentioned that he was the owner but he looked a little too young to be the owner) and while speaking to someone then insults me by calling me old to the person he was talking to. I am so frustrated with them that I had to have my husband come home from work to talk to them. I would not recommend this company and would advise anyone who is considering on hiring them to go somewhere else.
